Hello, one and all. I am very excited to start blogging, something I never imagined myself doing for so many reasons. So first, I would like to thank Sheryl (fearsandfancies.blogspot.com) for giving me the push to get started. You're awesome!
As I said, I never thought I would write my own blog. Creative writing has never been my strong suit, and anyway, who would read it? I wondered what should a blog be, anyway? A simple register of daily events? Perhaps something deeper than that: a way to explore facets of one's identity?A peep-hole into another life? I'm sure it's a place for a novice writer to exercise the keyboard. Could it be a place to vent, commiserate and connect? A place to scratch one's coconut? A happy confluence of all these things? Stay tuned, I'm sure to come up with an answer soon.
Not tonight, but soon!
Right now, I have to to get back to studying for my last final, in my last class in the last quarter of my undergraduate career. How exciting!

Hi Hon. Well, your new blog sounds like you're interested in some pretty deep stuff for content. BTW, perhaps "scratch one's coconut" should be plural. That otta give you something to contemplate to explore the (dirty) possibilities...
